Medium Temperature Thermal Energy Storage
At Anthura, we are pleased to have received a grant within the 'Kansen voor West' programme 3 for the development of an innovative solution to address seasonal energy mismatches in greenhouse horticulture.

Through the use of Medium Temperature Storage, heat harvested in summer from geothermal energy and via heat pumps using outside air can be stored in the soil. During winter, this heat is efficiently upgraded with heat pumps and reused to manage peak demand.
This project enables Anthura to take concrete steps towards a more sustainable and future proof energy supply, contributing to the energy transition in our sector.
