When you apply with us, you will go through an application process. Read the five steps below.

The letter

It all starts, of course, with finding a suitable vacancy on the vacancies page. Once you’ve found one, we look forward to receiving your personal motivation letter and an up-to-date CV by email. Would you prefer to call the department manager first? That’s of course also possible!

First meeting

If we see a match, we will invite you for a personal introductory interview at our location with the department manager and an HR representative. There will be plenty of opportunity to get to know each other better, and you can ask us all your questions.

The assessment

After you and we have taken a night (or two) to sleep on it, we will contact you to see how you’re feeling about the process. If all parties are still enthusiastic, we will invite you for an online assessment. This consists of several questionnaires that map out your personality, interests and motivations, and also include some numerical and verbal skill tests.

The results will be shared with you in a report; if you give permission, we will also receive the report. The outcome of the assessment will be compared to the job profile, from which an advice will follow.

Second meeting

After the assessment, we always schedule a second interview to discuss the results together and dive deeper into the role. We may also invite a (future) colleague to get to know you and give you an early impression of the company. If everyone is still enthusiastic afterward, we will make you an offer!

Ready to sign

Offer accepted? Then it’s time to finalize everything! We will prepare your contract so you can sign it at our location. After that, we’ll give you a tour of your future department so you can get to know your new colleagues right away.

Getting started

Once you’re ready to land softly, we always start with a thorough onboarding. The first two weeks consist of tours of all departments and introductions to both direct and indirect colleagues. This way, you’ll get to know all the ins and outs of our wonderful company in no time.
